REFUND POLICYDirty 3rd Customs’ goal is customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase whether your order was processed on our website or ordered through one of our Customer Sales Associates, you may return your product for a refund up to 30 days after the date of shipment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.All returns must be authorized by a Dirty 3rd Customs associate with a new return number prior to shipping. The new return number must be written on the outside of the box when the item is shipped back to Dirty 3rd Customs Dirty 3rd Customs Returns Department274 SW County Road 300Mayo, FL 32066  Properly package your items in order to prevent damage in shipping. Dirty 3rd Customs is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned goods while in transit.It is recommended that you use an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise. It is also recommended that you insure your contents for the replacement value of the goods. Please retain your tracking number until Dirty 3rd Customs has received your return or in the event of loss or damage to your return shipment.Please allow 72 hours upon confirmation of receipt of returned goods for processing your return. Refunds will be generated and returned in the same manner in which the original payment was received and normally occur within 7-10 business days.Damaged or defective items must be documented by our "Returns Department" prior to shipping back to Dirty 3rd Customs.

SHIPPING POLICYOrders are processed Mon-Fri during business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST). A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of pickup. Most orders take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Dirty 3rd Customs does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
